BADGE COLLECTION
Badges can be collected at the registration desk from Olimpijska Street – International Congress Center building, entrance C:
- March 13: Registration open from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- March 14: Registration open from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
The badge is valid for both days of the event. When leaving and re-entering the International Congress Center, participants must present their badge for scanning.
Due to high interest and potential traffic difficulties, we recommend arriving well in advance of session start times.
Please note that prior online registration is required.

PREMIUM ZONE
(Access with a Premium badge)
The Premium Zone will be located in the Multifunctional Hall and will offer a coffee break and lunch.

- March 13: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM)
- March 14: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Lunch: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
EXHIBITION AREA
The Exhibition Area will be located in the Multifunctional Hall.

- March 14: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
CATERING
The EMCEK Bistro restaurant, located in the Lower Hall of the International Congress Center, will be open during the event.
Participants can use the restaurant at their own expense.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is Polish.
Selected sessions will have simultaneous interpretation (PL/EN), marked accordingly in the agenda.

AWARDS & GALA
Start-Up-Med
- Finalists’ presentations: March 13, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Competition results & awards ceremony: March 13, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Healthy Local Government (Zdrowy Samorząd)
The awards ceremony will conclude the Health Challenges Congress and will take place on March 14, 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM.
Woman of the Health Market (Kobieta Rynku Zdrowia)
Awards will be presented during the Gala on March 13 at 7:30 PM.
Animus Fortis "Brave Spirit"
The award ceremony, presented by the Director of the Military Institute of Medicine, will take place on March 13 at 5:30 PM.
GALA & BANQUET
(Access with a Premium or Speaker badge)
On March 13 at 7:30 PM, the Gala will be held in the Ballroom, where the Woman of the Health Market awards will be presented.
A banquet will follow the Gala.

PARKINGS
Premium Parking
For guests with Premium access, free parking spaces are available in designated Premium parking areas. Entry is granted upon presenting a parking card, via Olimpijska Street or Jerzy Harald Street. The number of spaces is limited.
Entry is allowed upon presenting a parking card (available for download in the participant's account).
If the designated parking spaces are full, we encourage you to use public parking areas around the International Congress Center within the Katowice Culture Zone or beyond. Payment is at your own expense.

TRAIN TRAVEL
From Katowice Railway Station to the International Congress Center, you can travel:
- On foot: 15 minutes (2.5 km)
- By taxi: From Plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej or Młyńska Street
- By tram: From Katowice Railway Station stop, take lines T0, T13, T23 to Katowice Rondo stop (8 min).
